Eligibility:
· MSc Agri / MBA Marketing with minimum 60%
· Minimum 3 months computer course or Computer as part of curriculum
· UG & PG through regular college only
· Age not more than 26 yrs
· Good communication skills – English & regional language
Job Description:
Marketing of bank's liability/asset products and parabanking business
Assignment:
It is a 1 yr contractual assignment. After completion of contract period, candidates would have to undergo a written examination and their performance during the contract period would be evaluated. If successful, their suitability for regular appointment as PO (Probationary officer-Scale I) would be evaluated through an interview, for the role of Relationship Officers. The salary during the 1 year contractual assignment would be graded starting with Rs 14000/- pm for first 3 months , Rs 17000/- pm for next 3 months and Rs 20000/- pm for remaining 6 months. Reimbursement of 25 litres of petrol/diesel pm.
Selection process:
It would entail an interview conducted by us in which aptitude for marketing/sales would be gauged as also English communication and general awareness.
