It gives us immense pleasure to announce that the Institute of Management, Nirma University is organising 19th NICOM during January 7 - 9, 2016 at Nirma University Campus, Ahmedabad on the above theme. The conference will focus and facilitate exchange of knowledge, ideas, strategies, and information from scholars, researchers, academicians and students from B-schools, executives from industries and other organisations from India and abroad in the field of management and inter-disciplinary areas in the form of research papers, case studies, discussions etc. in the plenary and track sessions on following sub-themes:

The theme for this year's conference falls in the general management area. Therefore, the topics may not be restricted only to the sub-themes and in fact any topic from the wide spectrum of management studies viz. Trade, Economics,  Finance and Accounting, Marketing, International Business, Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources, Information Technology, CSR, etc. may be covered either in any of the above sub-themes or in the interdisciplinary issues. Further details on various topics under the above sub-themes are given in the conference brochure. Selected papers will be published in the conference proceedings in the form of e-Books having ISBN numbers.
