We have opening for Semi- Entrepreneur (Exclusive Consultation Partner - ECP)placement concept

  1. Exclusive Consultation Partner  will get Monthly fix remuneration of Rs 20000/- & Rs 5000 towards conveyance & communication.
  2. On Achieving 1 Lakh monthly target, ECP will get 10% commission, on 2nd lakh onwards 15%.
  3. If Company conducts any training /meeting, company will reimburse the travel expense & Cost of Stay
  4. ECP Will gain the complete knowledge to setup the business without capital expenditure
  5. Whenever ECP is confident to run the business with investment, he/she will be given an option to become regular channel partner.
  6. If ECP fails to achieve monthly target of 1 Lakh, instead of 20k-, initially only 8K + 5K Conveyance will be released.
  7. On achieving quarterly minimum target of 3 Lakh, all previous 3 months balance amount will be released.
  8. In case if ECP fails to achieve quarterly target, then automatically ECP agreement will get terminated.
  9.  If ECP wants to continue after 3 months(without achieving Quarterly target), then from 4th month 25% margin will be given to the extend product is sold on case to case basis.

 

What is expected from ECP (Role & Responsibilities)?

  1. Identify the prospects
  2. Product Presentation & Maturing the order
  3. Providing L 1 Support
  4. Providing daily updates to CCH Officials in prescribed report format.
  5. Attending regular training
  6. Providing continuous market feedback
  7. Taking part in all company marketing & sales initiatives
