Job description:

-Responsible for international branch accounting

-Invoices for International Branch & Receivable

-Credit Agreement for International Agents

-Monthly update to all the agents with outstanding statement

-Follow-up with agents regarding outstanding payment

-Forex Remittance Paper work and filing

-UAE branch accounting

-Bank reconciliation

-Reimbursement & salary management for UAE Branch

-Day to day expenses related to branch

               

Desired Profile:
- Good in communication
- Excellent written & verbal skill
- Should have excellent knowledge in tally

-Male candidate Only

-Preferably for candidate based in Ahmedabad

 

 

2.       Sales Executive - Ahmedabad

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: 8000 to 12000 (Negotiable)

 

Job Profile :

-To affiliate and market our Global Travel Reservation System (Hotels, Sightseeing & Transfers) in Gujarat Region.

-Developing new business and opportunities for the organization in Gujarat & M.P.Region with team of local Sales Executives/ Ass.Sales Manager/Business Manager.

-To appoint partners and identify them in different parts of Gujarat.

-Follow up with travel agent for hotel, sightseeing and transfer booking.

 

Desired Profile :

•Good command over English and Hindi and Local languages (able to read, speak and write)

•Candidate should have knowledge of local travel trade.

•Basic computer knowledge along with experience of using MS Office, Emails and Internet

•Good communicating skills and able to write, work and communicate individually on emails

•Good knowledge of destinations, agents & hotels in these regions.

•Candidate worked in outbound travel agencies, IATA Certified will be given preference
